Swanpool Lake

The weather in Cornwall has been terrible of late, there was a brief halt in the rainfall so i went to nearby Swanpool Lake. Here are a few images from the shoot...

Seals of Cornwall

Here are a few seals I have seen off the Cornish coast lately... many times I have got in the water with them but the visibility has been too poor to capture good photos from under the surface. These are images i have captured from above the surface, im waiting for the visibility to clear up before I get back in with my underwater camera system.

R.S.P.B Cornish Chough conservation project

The Cornish Chough is one of the rarest birds in England, having been extinct for 50 years it mysteriously re-appeared in 2001, there are currently 18 individuals in the country so photographing them is extremely difficult and sometimes very tedious, recently i spent a week on the Lizard peninsula monitoring the protected nest sites, this gave me an insiders view into the lives of these mysterious birds.
